Touken Ranbu (Violent Blade Dance) is a Japanese browser game, produced by Nitroplus and DMM Games. The story focuses on traveling in time – we are a person called Saniwa and can travel to the past, to change the history.
In quite complex gameplay, an interesting part is collecting Touken Danshi, literally “sword people” – as Saniwa we can manifest the true essence of swords and be their master, because Touken Danshi are many different characters – from bishounen and bishoujo to loli and shotas.
Also, in 2016 a two-season anime based on the series was published – Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru.
